CEO

Rob Kay

Rob Kay, 55, became CEO of Lifetime Brands, Inc. in March 2018 in conjunction with the merger of Lifetime with Filament Brands. Prior to that date, he was Chairman and CEO of Filament Brands since its inception in 2012. Mr. Kay is a seasoned operating executive with over 20 years experience building and running companies. Prior to the creation of Filament Brands, Mr. Kay held several senior management roles as the Chairman, CEO and President of companies in the manufacturing and consumer products space including Kaz, Inc., The OneCare Company and Key Components, Inc.
Mr. Jeffrey Siegel has been Executive Chairman of Lifetime Brands, Inc. since March 1, 2018. Mr. Siegel served as Chief Executive Officer of Lifetime Brands, Inc. (formerly, Lifetime Hoan Corp.) since December 8, 2000 and its Chairman since June 14, 2001. He has been a Director of Lifetime Brands, Inc. since 1967 and Grupo Vasconia, S.A.B. since April 2008. Mr. Siegel began his career at Lifetime as a salesman in 1967.

Mr. Daniel T. Siegel serves as President of Lifetime Brands, Inc. Mr. Siegel has served in various positions since joining us in 1992, including as President since 2013. Prior thereto Mr. Siegel was Executive Vice President of Sales from 2006 to 2008, Executive Vice President of Corporate Invention Strategies from 2008 to 2010 and more recently as an Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Siegel is a director of Vasconia, since 2008, and was a director of GSI from 2011 to 2016. He also serves as a board member of LI Cares.
Mr. Laurence Winoker has been our Senior Vice-President – Finance, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since July 2007. Prior thereto, Mr. Winoker was Senior Vice-President, Controller and Treasurer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a holding company with controlling interests in a diversified portfolio of public and private companies including Revlon, Inc. Mr. Winoker was Senior Vice-President, Treasurer and Controller of Revlon, Inc. from 1999 to 2003.
